Langtang Valley - Permit & Regulation

Permits:

Langtang National Park Entry Permit: All visitors must obtain a Langtang National Park Entry Permit to enter the Langtang National Park. Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS) Card: The TIMS Card is a mandatory permit for all trekkers in Nepal. You can obtain the TIMS Card from the Nepal Tourism Board office in Kathmandu or from the Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal (TAAN). The TIMS Card costs NPR 1,000 for individual trekkers and NPR 2,000 for group trekkers.

Group size: The maximum group size for the Langtang Valley Trek is ten people.
