All foreign nationals visiting Nepal must obtain a visa from the Department of Immigration upon arrival at the airport or at a land border crossing. The department is responsible for issuing visas, as well as providing information about visa requirements and regulations. They also regulate and monitor the movement of foreign nationals in Nepal.
